APPLICATION
In machine press applications, the rubber chosen by you must be clean, free from chemical oils in order to bind the blast granules together, and must be thoroughly free of dust and soil for high efficiency. Then, granule scraper and coloring agent are mixed in the mixer for mixing. It is cooked by pressing at 1200C - 1600C between 5 minutes and 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the product, by mixing the binder in the ratios of 6% to 8%. In bulk applications, the amount of product should be between 20% and 25%. If desired, water vapor can be sprayed once in hair spray or glass glass spray cans to accelerate the curing of the product.
