A-398 SBR Painting Binder
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a one-component, solvent-based, polyurethane-based binder used for coloring SBR granules.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used to color the black colored SBR granules. Granules do not stick together and are obtained as granules.
Especially SBR granules obtained in green color are used in carpet field applications.
FEATURES
It bonds powder paint and rubber granules perfectly, providing very good and permanent coloring. Duayen A-398 has a drying time of 20-30 minutes in the mixer. Colored SBR granules are obtained in a very short time.

APPLICATION
Mixing ratios are as follows;
SBR Granule: 90 %
A-398 Binder :10 %
SBR granule and dyeing binder are mixed at high speed for 5 minutes. The granules, whose outer surfaces are covered with paint, begin to separate grain by grain. After the reaction is complete, the mixing process is terminated.
