A-390 Polyurethane Floor Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a polyurethane-based, solvent-free, single-component rubber primer with high insulation and adhesion strength.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is a polyurethane-based floor primer used indoors and outdoors, before the application of rubber granules and binders, to prevent dusting of the floor, to increase adherence and to cut moisture after application.
FEATURES
It has high adhesion strength in initial and final adhesion.
It is resistant to simple acids.
Since it creates a soft structure on the applied surface, it softens the impact sounds.
It is UV resistant (The material turns yellow on the surface, but its chemical structure does not deteriorate).
It is a soft elastic material.
It is compatible with high temperature differences. ( - 20/ + 90 °C )
It is frost resistant.
Usage time:
60 minutes (air temperature, floor temperature and ambient humidity affect drying time)

1 day
Drying time (at 25 °C):
12 hours
APPLICATION
The surface on which the primer will be applied must be clean, free from oil and dirt, especially not wet, moisture-minimized, and repaired. DUAYEN A-390 is applied to the floor with the help of a brush or roller. Under normal conditions, curing is 45-60 minutes and drying time is 12 hours. In hot environments, the time is shorter, and in cold environments, this time may be longer.
After the primer application has dried, a mixture of Duayen A-395 PU Binder and SBR or EPDM is applied to the floor.
APPLICATION TOOLS: It is applied by roller, spray or brush.
