A-311 Polyurethane Floor Coating Material
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a polyurethane based, two component, solvent free, self leveling flooring material. It is a waterproof, chemical resistant, elastic, impact and friction resistant, self-leveling coating that does not prevent the elasticity of the rubber sheet on which it is applied.
Curing time:
5-6 hours (dry to the touch)
Usage time:
30- 45 minutes (Depends on relative humidity and air temperature.)
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is widely used in indoor sports fields and multi-purpose sports grounds, showrooms, restaurants, offices, shopping malls, production areas, industrial buildings, warehouses, commercial greenhouses and hospitals.
It is applied on rubber sheets on which polyurethane paste is applied, granular rubber and/or EPDM rubber floors bonded with DUAYEN A-395 or A-391 Rubber Binder. In general, it can be applied to almost all kinds of surfaces such as concrete, athermit, stone, PVC.
APPLICATION
DUAYEN A-311 is packaged in two separate boxes with adjusted proportions. The floor on which the floor covering material will be applied must be a clean, dry, oil-free, repaired surface. First of all, priming should be done according to the type of surface. Concrete surface is Duayen A-302 PU. If the primer is a rubber surface, Duayen A-305 Sealant should be used.
To mix up
First, the 'Basic Material' is mixed in itself, then all the hardener in the small box is poured into the base material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to make sure that the mixture is fully made, put the ingredients in another container and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer. The mixed material is poured on the floor and spread on the floor with the help of application level comb or trowel. When the coating reaches the appropriate consistency, it should be treated with a spiked roller without wasting time and free of possible air bubbles. It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours. All of the mixed material should be consumed within the usage period. Otherwise, it will be impossible to use because irreversible gelation will start.
APPLICATION TOOLS: It is applied with a toothed trowel or spatula.
The product, which has A and B components mixed, should be used immediately.
