E-37 Epoxy Heavy Corrosion Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is an epoxy resin based, two component, anticorrosive primer with high corrosion and moisture resistance.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used to prevent dust on the ground on damp and dusty floors, to cut moisture in areas where high corrosion and moisture resistance is required, to prevent corrosion and to ensure adherence.

APPLICATION
The surface on which the primer will be applied should be clean, free from oil and dirt, especially dry, repaired surface.
Duayen E-37 can be applied to steel and aluminum surfaces that have been prepared according to SSPC-SP10 SA2 ½ in TS EN ISO 8501-1 or St-2 cleanliness level and exposed to sudden rusting after surface preparation.
While applying, it should be ensured that the minimum ambient temperature is 10°C, the relative humidity in the environment is 80% or less, and the surface temperature of the surface to be coated is at least 3°C above the dew point.
The product does not need to be thinned with thinner, solvent, heated to reduce its viscosity, or added to any chemicals before use. Consult our company for preliminary preparation of application surfaces.
Mixture
All of the hardener is poured into the main material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to ensure that the mixture is fully made, the ingredients are taken into another container and mixed again until a smooth mixture is obtained. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer, it is applied to the floor with the help of a brush or roller.
Under normal conditions, curing is 2-3 hours and drying time is 24 hours. In hot environments, the time is shorter, and in cold environments, this time may be longer.
CONSUMPTION: 200 g/m2 should be used for 100 micron dry film thickness. The recommended dry film thickness (DFT) is at least 80 microns. 1kg Duayen E-37 covers an area of 6.25 m2 for a dry film thickness of approximately 80 microns.
