E-34 Shop Primer Epoxy Metal Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a two-component, high-strength, thixotropic, solvent-free epoxy repair putty used for structural repair in concrete.

Repairing broken floors, repairing broken areas and segregation gaps,
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Cement laitance, accumulated mud and water, fragile parts should be cleaned and dried from the benton.
Lining:
If a primer is required on a moist but free water-free surface, the entire application area is primed with Duayen AS-148. Whether wet or not, primer application Strengthens the adhesion of Duayen E-34 to the concrete.
It should be noted that the temperature of the surface to be applied is above the dew point temperature +3°C depending on the ambient conditions. The surface temperature for application should be at least 0°C.
To mix up:
First, the 'Basic Material' is mixed in itself, then all the hardener is poured into the base material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to make sure that the mixture is fully made, put the ingredients in another container and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer.
Application:
If a primer has been applied, place Duayen E-34 on it with a trowel before the primer reaches full touch dryness.
Protection of concrete:
Concretes that are well repaired with Duayen E-34 are protected for many years without deterioration when coated with MS-954 Polyurea, which provides excellent water insulation.
