İK-04 Polyurethane Insulation
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a polyurethane-based, solvent-free, two-component coating with high insulation and adhesion strength.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In the insulation of roof, terrace and foundation curtains,
Wet floors, bathrooms and kitchens,
Grass terrace and flower bed waterproofing coatings,
On sandwich panel
It is used for bonding hidden streams and metal streams, indoors and outdoors, ship-boat bridges, viaducts, tunnels.
FEATURES
It has high adhesion strength in initial and final adhesion.
It is resistant to simple acids.
Since it creates a soft structure on the applied surface, it softens the impact sounds.
It is UV resistant.
It is a soft elastic material.
Its insulation is suitable for floors with underfloor heating.
It is compatible with high temperature differences. ( - 20/ + 90 °C )
It is frost resistant.
Usage time: 30 minutes (air temperature, floor temperature and ambient humidity affect drying time)
Drying time (at 25 °C): 6 hours
Full Dry: 1 day
APPLICATION
The surface on which the primer will be applied must be clean, dry, cleaned of oil and substances that prevent adhesion to the floor with the help of solvent.
To mix up
All of the hardener is poured into the main material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to make sure that the mixture is fully made, put the ingredients in another container and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer. The mixture should be used within 20-30 minutes. Under normal conditions, curing is 30 minutes, drying time is 4-6 hours. The time is shortened in hot and intensely humid weather conditions, and this period may be longer in cold environments. The product does not stick to wet and very damp surfaces.
APPLICATION TOOLS: It is applied with a toothed trowel.
The product, which has A and B components mixed, should be used immediately.
