ENJ-08 Injection Foam
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DUAYEN ENJ-08 is a polyurethane-based, water-reactive, single-component 10:1 activator, solvent-free, closed-cell, semi-flexible injection foam used to cut water leaks and fill cracks.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
• In the insulation of water-bearing cracks
• In the insulation of cold joints
• In water tanks, swimming pools
•It is used for internal insulation of tunnels and basements.
• It is suitable for use in construction elements such as concrete, stone and solid brick.
APPLICATION
Surface preparation:
Before application, DUAYEN ENJ-08 injection anchors are placed into the crack at an angle of 45oC. Anchor spacing is related to the conditions in the application area and may vary, an average value of 15-20 cm dowel spacing may be preferred.
Preparation of the mixture:
Activator is added to component A and mixed thoroughly with the help of a mixer tip.
DUAYEN ENJ-08, which is prepared with a single component injection pump, is injected.
Note: After the injection process is completed, it is recommended to clean the pump with the appropriate solvent.
