E-36 Epoxy Metal Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DUAYEN E-36 is an epoxy resin based, two component, top coat floor paint. It is a two-component paint that is waterproof, resistant to chemicals, resistant to impact and friction, easy to clean, hygienic, used on tanks and metals.

APPLICATION
Preliminary preparation: If the application will be made on polyurethane based coating materials or epoxy coating, it should be done within 24 hours from the curing of the underlying material. For periods exceeding 24 hours, the floor must be sanded or roughened by mechanical methods.
DUAYEN E-36 Epoxy Topcoat Paint is packaged in two separate tin boxes. First, the 'Basic Material' is mixed in itself, then all the hardener is poured into the base material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. The mixed material is transferred to a separate container and the mixing process is continued there. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer. The mixed product has a usage time of 30-45 minutes, which varies depending on humidity and temperature. The application is made with a brush, roller, spray gun or air-less machine. The applied surface should be protected from water until 18-24 hours. It is necessary to wait 18-24 hours between applications to be made in two layers.
APPLICATION SURFACES:
• It is used as a top coat on concrete or asphalt floor + DUAYEN A-302 PU Primer + DUAYEN A-311 Floor Covering Material.
• Rubber floor + DUAYEN A-305 PU Sealing Paste + DUAYEN A-311 It is used as a top coat on the floor covering material.
• Epoxy systems are also used on concrete, stone, brick, eternit and similar floors.
