E-32 Epoxy Polymer Concrete
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is an epoxy based, three component, structural repair mortar containing specially graded quartz aggregate.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used in filling the steel reinforcement gaps of reinforced concrete columns, in surface repairs before epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings, in the repair and maintenance of marine structures, in the repair of wide cracks in vertical elements, ceilings and beams in structures, in the assembly and repair of crane beams and legs that require high strength.

APPLICATION
The surface to be repaired must be clean, free from oil and dirt, especially dry, repaired surface.
To mix up
First of all, component A is mixed in itself, then all of the hardener is poured into component A and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. C component is added into this component mixture and mixing process is continued. To make sure that the mixture is done completely, put the ingredients in another bowl and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer, it is applied to the floor with the help of a trowel. Under normal conditions, curing is 2-3 hours and drying time is 24 hours. In hot environments, the time is shorter, and in cold environments, this time may be longer. In order to avoid the problem of unreacted resin that may remain on the surface of the container, pour it into a separate clean container after making the mixture, mix it again and use it. In applications below 5°C, carbonization problem may occur on the surface.
Application Method
The prepared mixture is applied to the surface with a trowel. Maximum application thickness should not exceed 50 mm.
Surfaces open to the atmosphere should be protected from hot and windy environments for 24 hours.

Drying Time, (25°C): ≤24 hours
Duration of Full Drying and Mechanical Strength: 5 days
