E-22 Epoxy Structural Repair Mortar
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is an epoxy-based, 2-component, specially graded repair anchor and assembly mortar.

Filling steel reinforcement gaps of reinforced concrete columns
Surface repairs before epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings
Fixing anchor elements, Repair and maintenance of marine structures
It is used in the repair of wide cracks in vertical elements, ceilings and beams in buildings.

APPLICATION
The surface to be repaired must be clean, free from oil and dirt, especially dry, repaired surface.
To mix up
First of all, component A is mixed in itself, then all of the hardener is poured into component A and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to make sure that the mixture is fully made, put the ingredients in another container and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer, it is applied to the floor with the help of a trowel. Under normal conditions, the usage time is 40 minutes and the drying time is 24 hours. In hot environments, the time is shorter, and in cold environments, this time may be longer. In applications below 5°C, carbonization problem may occur on the surface.
Application Method
The prepared mixture is applied to the surface with a trowel. Maximum application thickness should not exceed 50 mm. Surfaces open to the atmosphere should be protected from hot and windy environments for 24 hours.
Usage Time (23°C, Pot Life): 40 minutes
Drying Time, (25°C): ≤24 hours
Duration of Full Drying and Mechanical Strength: 5 days
