AD-18 Polyurethane Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a polyurethane-based, solvent-free, single-component primer with high insulation and adhesion strength.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In the insulation of roof, terrace and foundation curtains,
Wet floors, bathrooms and kitchens,
Grass terrace and flower bed waterproofing coatings,
On sandwich panel
It is used for bonding hidden streams and metal streams, indoors and outdoors, ship-boat bridges, viaducts, tunnels.
FEATURES
It has high adhesion strength in initial and final adhesion.
It is resistant to simple acids.
Since it creates a soft structure on the applied surface, it softens the impact sounds.
It is UV resistant (The material turns yellow on the surface, but its chemical structure does not deteriorate).
It is a soft elastic material.
Its insulation is suitable for floors with underfloor heating.
It is compatible with high temperature differences. ( - 20/ + 90 °C )
It is frost resistant.
Usage time: 60 minutes (air temperature, floor temperature and ambient humidity affect drying time)
Drying time (at 25 °C): 12 hours
Full Dry: 1 day
APPLICATION
The surface on which the primer will be applied must be clean, dry, cleaned of oil and substances that prevent adhesion to the floor with the help of solvent.
APPLICATION TOOLS: It is applied with a roller or brush.
