AD-28 Spread Based Cold Polyurea Insulation (Hybrid Polyurethane)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DUAYEN AD-28 is a two-component, elastic, polyurea-based waterproofing material with high insulation and adhesion, suitable for pedestrian traffic.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In the insulation of roof, terrace and foundation curtains,
Wet floors, bathrooms and kitchens,
In grass terrace and flower bed waterproofing,
On the sandwich panel,
dilation points,
In the isolation of water tanks and pools,
In hidden streams and metal streams,
in waterways,
Bridges, viaducts, tunnels,
It is used for insulation protection applications of surfaces such as metal, concrete, artificial stone, wood, cork.

APPLICATION
During the application of DUAYEN AD-28 polyurea self-leveling insulation material, the surface to be applied must be a clean, dry, oil-free, repaired surface. Priming should be applied to the floor first. When choosing a primer, it should be determined whether the floor is exposed to moisture. DUAYEN E - 148 epoxy moisture barrier should be preferred for floors exposed to very light moisture. DUAYEN AS-142 polyurethane two-component floor primer or AS-144 polyurethane one-component floor primer should be applied on normally dry floors. After the priming process is finished and the floor is dry, the insulation
material should be applied. Before the product is used, the B component should be added into the A component and mixed thoroughly by adding a mixer drill without dragging air into it.
Transfer the product to another container and continue mixing to ensure that the mixture is fully done. DUAYEN AD 28 should be thoroughly rubbed onto the floor with the help of a roller or brush. Although the first start of drying occurs within 1 hour, drying takes place after 12 hours. Drying time may vary depending on temperature and humidity. In areas with low humidity, the drying time may be increased by 50%. Chamfer points can be applied together with the general area. It fully gains its chemical resistance after 7 days. Safe working conditions for the application are between +5°C and +30°C, and the temperature of the floor to be applied should be 3°C above the dew point in the area.
APPLICATION TOOLS
Application can be done with a roller or brush.
The product, which has A and B components mixed, should be used immediately.
