E-154 Epoxy Self Leveling Coating
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a solvent-free, two-component self-leveling colored epoxy floor coating.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used as a flooring material in parking lots, control rooms, automotive industry and aircraft maintenance hangars, production packaging and storage areas.

APPLICATION
The concrete surface must be clean, strong and have sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N/mm²), and the pull off strength must be at least 1.5 N/mm². (The concrete must be cured for 28 days and contain a maximum of 5% moisture at the end of this period.) The surface must be clean, dry and free of foreign materials such as dirt, oil, coating, surface curing materials. In case of doubt, make a trial application.
Surface Preparation
Concrete surfaces should be prepared in such a way as to obtain an open porous surface by removing the cement laitance using abrasive equipment. Weak concrete should be removed, eyelets and holes should be made completely open. Concrete or screed surfaces should be primed or leveled to obtain a smooth surface. High places on the surface, diamond disc sander, etc. should be cleaned by abrading. All dust, loose and loose particles must be removed from the surface with a brush and/or vacuum cleaner before applying the product.

Dew Point: The surface ground temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Application of the Coating
First, the 'Basic Material' is mixed in itself, then all the hardener in the small box is poured into the base material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. In order to make sure that the mixture is fully made, put the ingredients in another container and mix again until you get a smooth mixture. Mixing should be done with an electric mixer. (The E-154 should be mixed thoroughly with a low speed (300-400 rpm) electric mixer or other suitable equipment.)

Let it rest for a while, the rested product will effectively reduce the problems of bubbles, carbonization and moisture.
