E-0271 Orange Peel Surface Coating
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is an epoxy-based, two-component, solvent-free, colored, orange peel-patterned floor covering material.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used as a topcoat in factories, parking lots, control rooms, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, aircraft maintenance hangars, automotive industry, garages, ramps.
FEATURES

It has high mechanical strength.
Does not contain VOCs.
Wear resistance is high.
Pot life: 45 minutes (25°C) Dry
Weaving Drying at 25°C: 60-90 minutes
Hard Dry 25°C: 6-8 hours
Full Dry at 25°C: 7 days
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
The application surface must be free from dirt, clean and dry. Dust and loose textures on concrete surfaces should be completely cleaned. The prepared concrete surface should be primed with Duayen Solvent Free Epoxy Primer (AS-148), taking into account the application instructions, to be impregnated. Cracks and pits on the surface, if any, should be repaired using epoxy putty.
In applications to be made in extremely cold weather, the ambient and floor temperature should be increased with the help of heaters, and the packages should be conditioned at +20 oC-+25oC to make them ready for use in order to increase the workability of the material.
Application Conditions / Limits
Substrate Temperature: Minimum +10°C / Maximum +30°C
Ambient Temperature: Minimum +10°C / Maximum +30°C
Surface Moisture Content: Moisture content < 4% by weight
Relative Humidity: Up to 80%
Dew Point: The surface ground temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Preparation of the mixture
Component A is mixed in itself, then all the hardener in the small box is poured into the main material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared mixture should be used within 45 minutes (23°C) after resting for 2-3 minutes.

Cleaning: Equipment used with Duayen E-220 Thinner should be cleaned before the paint dries.
