EA-910 Epoxy Based Flame Intumescent Paint
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a high performance, epoxy based, two component, elastomeric system. It is 100% solvent free, 100% solid. It takes the shape of the surface. It has high anti-corrosion properties.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is applied to provide protection during fire around the steel construction of social buildings such as airport terminals, Concert Halls, Entertainment Venues, Factories, Production Facilities, Hospitals, Care Centers, Hotels, Schools, Shopping Centers, Stadiums, Train Stations, Warehouses.

APPLICATION
It is applied in different thicknesses according to the desired protection time (1,2 and 4 hours).
According to the dimensions of the steel construction, approximately 12 mm is applied for 4 hours of protection.
Surface Preparation: A protective primer is applied before the intumescent coating is applied in order to reduce consumption, protect against corrosion and increase adhesion. The surface of the steel must be clean blasted or sanded and free of rust. Steel surface temperature should be at least 5 °C for application.
Mixing: It should always be used by mixing all two components.
Working Time: 15 °C 120 minutes
25 °C 90 minutes
Spray Application: It is applied with a special heating spray. The two components are heated together in a special application spray.
Roller Application: Suitable for small areas.
Work Break: Spray the mixed paint, etc. Do not leave it in application equipment such as Clean with suitable materials. Please contact the manufacturer for the cleaning procedure.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months in closed packaging when protected from sun and frost.
